Rendered is a word that means fully given over. "This podcast is an act of stubborn and terrified obedience. The Lord put it on my heart to start a podcast in 2024 and he even gave me the name. It has been a lengthy season of wrestling and resisting, and honestly just testing to see if this wasn't just one of my fly by night creative notions but sincerely something the Lord wanted me to do. Emily is a small town girl from Owensboro, KY. She is wife to her faithful and steady husband Scott and mother to her beloved kids sweet Samuel and lovable Lucy. She is passionate about many things which you will find woven throughout each episode; creativity, worship, prayer, health, family, community, and social issues to name a few. With an entrepreneurial spirit and deep love for the Lord, she desires Rendered to be a creative expression of her own personal journey and a resource to encourage and bless (throw life on) her audience.
In addition to her solo episodes, Emily desires to demonstrate the power of our testimony to one another. She will bring on friends and experts to delve into what God is doing in the lives of other believers, the church, and the world at large. She believes there is nothing more exciting than knowing and participating in what God is doing on the earth today.
